Portland, Oregon
2010
In March 2010, PDXplore and the Architecture Foundation of Oregon presented an exhibition and forum - Crossing the Columbia: What Does It Mean? - held at Pacific Northwest College of Art. The forum engaged a wide-reaching audience of elected officials, community leaders, the design community and interested individuals. The panel included Robert Campbell, Ed Carpenter, Maurice Cox, Ken Greenberg and Richard White.
As a member of PDXplore, we designed an art installation for PNCA that illustrated the massive scale of the proposed bridge, prepared an exhibit documenting the problem “from the river’s point of view” and proposed an alternative bridge concept.
