For several years, we have consulted with the City of Portland on various urban design issues. We were part of the Regulatory Rethink team that proposed changes to the zoning code; testified before City Council on the Burnside/Couch couplet; and developed a set of diagrams illustrating the fundamental organizing principles of Portland.
